Evolution of product practices **PO II** **Summary:** The Product Owner III is responsible for leading the management of development requests, serving as the primary interface between requesters and the Development team, ensuring alignment among business needs, technical feasibility, and value generation in deliveries. They operate with high autonomy in backlog management, responsible for structuring, prioritizing, and directing high-complexity requests, ensuring information quality, objective clarity, and consistency throughout the entire development workflow. They lead in-depth refinement sessions, evaluate request relevance, and make decisions regarding prioritization, direction, and delivery evolution. They actively contribute to the evolution of product practices, supporting continuous process improvement, greater development workflow efficiency, and improved business-technology integration. Operating with a systemic perspective, they identify opportunities, anticipate risks, analyze outcomes, and support data-driven decision-making—directly impacting delivery quality, predictability, and value. **Responsibilities:** Manage and prioritize the backlog of requests, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing delivery value. Structure and refine high-complexity requests, ensuring technical, functional, and business clarity for execution by the team. Evaluate the relevance of received requests, validating their alignment with the product and directing adjustments when necessary. Lead refinement, planning, and alignment meetings autonomously, ensuring shared understanding between requesters and the Development team. Ensure input information quality (upstream), guaranteeing consistency, completeness, and feasibility of requests. Validate deliveries against defined criteria and business objectives, ensuring alignment and value generation. Act as the primary interface between requesters and the Development team, aligning expectations and guiding decisions throughout the workflow. Identify risks, dependencies, and impacts of requests, anticipating issues and supporting decision-making. Propose and structure improvements to demand management, backlog, and cross-functional communication processes, enhancing development workflow efficiency. Use indicators and metrics to analyze delivery performance, supporting data-driven decisions and continuous evolution of the product and team. **Job Requirements:** Completed undergraduate degree in Communications, Administration, Management, Product, or Technology. Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Lean culture. Backlog management, advanced prioritization, and refinement. Discovery techniques and value definition. Impact, risk, and dependency analysis. Product metrics and data-driven decision-making. Communication and translation of business needs into technology requirements. Demand management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, or similar).
