Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Consolidate analyses and information into actionable brand communication directions. * Structure presentations with objective and creative narratives. * Monitor quantitative and qualitative research. * Contribute to the development of campaign strategies, communication territories, and brand pillars. * Guide campaign and brand positioning messages together with Management and Leadership teams. * Study and analyze audiences, KPIs, and market indicators. * Communicate with other agency departments (Creative, Account Management, Media, etc.). * Maintain direct client interaction—attend meetings, gather briefings, deliver presentations. * Monitor campaign evolution and execution. * Contribute to team development. * Key participation in pitching processes, covering the entire planning process—from understanding context, market, consumers, competitors, etc., to assembling the presentation and translating the creative briefing. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Communications; * Mid-level experience in strategic planning within advertising agencies; * Passion for writing and for selecting the right words to convey an idea; * Ability to manage and meet deadlines; * Dynamism, eagerness to learn, and organizational skills. **Additional Information** Hybrid position based in São Paulo #1 Global Agency of the Decade – Cannes Lions.
