Requirements and Qualifications:
* English proficiency level equivalent to or higher than B2 of the Common European Framework.
* Strong knowledge of the Communicative Approach.
* Interest in continuous professional development, both in methodology and in improving English and Spanish language proficiency as foreign languages, aiming at both personal growth and the school's advancement.
Desirable:
* Knowledge of Spanish (desirable).
* Degree in Languages, Pedagogy, or Psychology (desirable).
Responsibilities and Duties:
Ensure execution and monitoring of 100% of pedagogical tasks within the system, meeting established deadlines (attendance, assessments, grade entry, etc.);
Guarantee a smooth, on-time academic calendar with extracurricular activities carried out according to schedule;
Maintain a stable, qualified, and aligned team, with continuous development and low turnover rate;
Increase student and guardian satisfaction by fostering a welcoming environment and delivering effective responses to their needs;
Improve students' academic performance indicators through implementation of innovative teaching strategies and individualized follow-up;
Conduct effective selection processes, with well-structured integration and training for new team members;
Monitor and present periodic reports on pedagogical progress, goals achieved, and areas for improvement, promoting a culture of high educational performance.
