Manage course programs and teaching materials * Coordinate instructors, monitoring and guiding them on performance, conduct, and implementation of the SEIA Method (ABRA Individualized Teaching System) in open courses. * Responsible for developing the annual schedule for group classes (in collaboration with Architecture and Interior Design) and individualized classes. * Contribute to the development and updating of pedagogical policies and methodologies, aligned with institutional principles and current legislation. * Organize guided visits for student groups to fairs, exhibitions, shows, and events. Manage class openings, mergers, and closures to optimize resource allocation and student progression. * Coordinate and develop personnel, map and document pedagogical department processes to pursue optimization. * Monitor Visual Arts area requirements, providing training, feedback, and oversight of all matters related to team members' professional lives; * Design, monitor, and implement initial training for new instructors. * Coordinate ongoing review and validation of course programs, syllabi, and teaching materials, ensuring content remains up-to-date, market-relevant, and pedagogically excellent. * Provide specialized technical-pedagogical support to instructors and administrative staff regarding teaching practices, lesson plans, assessment criteria, and academic credit recognition. * Participate in the development, updating, implementation, and evaluation of the institution’s Pedagogical Proposal and faculty Teaching/Work Plans. * Develop pedagogical proposals for corporate contracts, per commercial proposals. * Coordinate pedagogical meetings, professional practice sessions, and student assessment, recovery, and credit recognition processes. * Participate in faculty selection and ongoing performance monitoring. * Participate in final project evaluations for courses. * Monitor the entire ABRA contests and exhibitions process. * Monitor and analyze NPS (Net Promoter Score) surveys on pedagogical topics (e.g., instructor teaching methodology, teaching materials), preparing reports and proposing actions to improve satisfaction scores. * Develop and analyze KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) related to faculty performance both inside and outside the classroom. * Produce strategic reports for pedagogical management, including analyses of classroom occupancy rates, available seats per class, and course completion rates, supporting data-driven decision-making. * Fulfill other duties assigned by management or competent authorities. Safeguard organizational facilities and equipment. * Bachelor’s degree completed in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, or related fields; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Comfort with technology (Google tools, online platforms). * Preferred qualifications: Teacher training certification, Pedagogy degree, or related fields; and/or specialization in project management or educational management. * Desired experience in this role.
