They must ensure full compliance with Brazilian labor and social security legislation, as well as internal audit and corporate compliance standards. Key responsibilities include end-to-end oversight of the payroll closing process, including fulfillment of ancillary obligations: FGTS, INSS, IRRF, eSocial, DIRF, RAIS, SEFIP, CAGED, DCTFWeb, MANAD, among others. They will also support HR routines related to hiring, working hours tracking, vacation management, terminations, and exit interviews, ensuring process compliance. The professional is expected to lead initiatives for process review, standardization, and optimization, aiming for greater operational efficiency, data accuracy, and legal compliance. Additionally, they will be responsible for developing and monitoring performance indicators, producing managerial reports, and providing continuous support for internal and external audits. Key Skills and Required Experience Proven experience managing end\-to\-end payroll operations, preferably within Shared Services Centers (SSCs) or BPOs. In-depth knowledge of Brazilian labor and social security legislation. Advanced understanding of key legal and ancillary obligations: eSocial, DIRF, RAIS, SEFIP, CAGED, DCTFWeb, among others. Proficiency in payroll systems such as RM Labore, ADP, SAP, or similar. Experience with year-end payroll closing and associated legal obligations. Advanced Excel skills and strong ability to develop and analyze managerial reports. Experience administering employee benefits, managing vacation time, and handling termination processes. Familiarity with employee onboarding and integration processes. Knowledge of process standardization, documentation, and improvement methodologies. Analytical mindset, focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence. Project management experience, including implementation of new clients and processes. Leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relationship skills. Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and commitment to deadlines. Proactivity and continuous learning orientation. Desirable Knowledge and Differentiators Proficiency in English and/or Spanish.
