Description:
Mandatory Requirements
* Knowledge of Brazilian Sign Language (Libras) communication
* Proficiency in Brazilian Sign Language (Libras)
Desirable Requirements
* Skills in victim assistance and cross-functional collaboration
Provide assistance to victims/responsible parties and people with hearing impairments at the 1st Police Station for People with Disabilities, aiming to ensure communication accessibility.
Participate in all stages of assistance provided to people with hearing impairments, ensuring their communication with other team members (Technical Support Center and Civil Police);
Support post-assistance procedures, including issuing the Communication Report;
Conduct home visits together with the Technical Team and the Police Team to ensure communication accessibility;
Participate in internal and external training events and seminars organized by the Technical Support Center on topics related to the work performed, in coordination with supervisors and management;
Deliver lectures and courses related to the Deaf community and accessibility methods;
Support the development of institutional articles and reports;
Support the team in disseminating information and materials regarding services provided at the Technical Support Center of the 1st Police Station for People with Disabilities.
