This professional will be responsible for coordinating the development team, ensuring project efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. **Responsibilities:** Supervise and guide the graphic and structural development team; Develop and review technical designs for graphic products and packaging; Create and approve cutting and creasing dies, ensuring technical and production feasibility; Collaborate with creative, production, and commercial departments to align requirements and solutions; Monitor tests and prototypes, validating technical and functional aspects; Manage team deadlines, quality, and productivity; Maintain up-to-date project technical specifications and ensure standardization. **Requirements:** Technical or undergraduate degree in Technical Drawing, Product Design, Graphic Engineering, Industrial Design, or related fields; Knowledge of graphic structure development and cutting/creasing die design; Proficiency in software such as ArtiosCAD, Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD, Corel Draw, or similar tools; Experience managing small teams; Familiarity with graphic processes, materials, and finishing techniques. **Preferred Qualifications:** Knowledge of cardboard or corrugated paperboard packaging production; Understanding of industrial graphic processes (e.g., offset, flexography); Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. **Work Schedule:** 44 hours per week, Monday to Friday. **Knowledge:** **Education:** Bachelor's Degree — Technical Drawing, Industrial Design, Product Design, Graphic Engineering — Completed **Technical Skills:** Adobe Illustrator, ArtiosCAD, AutoCAD, Corel Draw 2511230202461825201
