To learn more, visit www.sealedair.com. **What You’ll Do as an EHS Specialist at Sealed Air?** ------------------------------------------------------ As an EHS Specialist at Sealed Air, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of Health, Safety, and Environmental (EHS) programs at the plant, ensuring compliance with Brazilian legislation and the company’s global standards. You will work closely with operations to promote a safety culture by conducting training sessions, audits, and incident investigations. Additionally, you will play a key role in organizing EHS processes, documentation, and metrics, contributing to continuous improvement and risk mitigation in the industrial environment. **Why We Need You?** ------------------------------- * Ensure compliance with Brazilian Health, Safety, and Environmental (EHS) legislation * Implement and monitor EHS programs and policies aligned with global standards * Conduct internal audits and follow up on corrective and preventive action plans * Develop and deliver safety training for employees and third-party contractors * Conduct incident investigations and propose actions to prevent recurrence * Manage legal and technical documentation, including the Risk Management Program (PGR) and regulatory requirements * Monitor risk-related activities, work permits, and contractor management * Promote a safety culture through programs such as Safety Observations (SOC) and active field presence **What You Need to Succeed?** ---------------------------------------- * Solid knowledge of Brazilian occupational safety legislation (NR\-10, NR\-11, NR\-12, NR\-33\) * Practical experience with Risk Management Programs (PGR) * Proficiency in audit processes, incident investigation, and action planning * Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment * Knowledge of contractor management and work permit systems * Ability to deliver technical safety training * Capability to analyze EHS metrics and manage EHS documentation * Functional English for reading, writing, and basic corporate communication Requisition id: 54090 Relocation: No Sealed Air is committed to attracting, selecting, and developing talent that reflects the diversity of the communities and customers we serve.
