




The CCA – Center for Children and Adolescents is a service linked to the Secretariat for Social Assistance Development and aims to foster coexistence and strengthen bonds. The educator works toward building positive affective bonds, using as reference the **Four Pillars of Education** proposed by **UNESCO**: **learning to be**, **to know**, **to do**, and **to live together**, which underpin pedagogical action while simultaneously enriching relational, subjective, emotional, cognitive, and cultural resources. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Participate in training, planning, systematization, and evaluation activities jointly with the technical team; * Assist in organizing and coordinating socioeducational activities aimed at promoting and enhancing social interaction among children and adolescents and their community engagement; * Welcome and guide children, adolescents, and the community in educational actions; * Plan activities contributing to the holistic development of children and adolescents, valuing the cultural diversity of the area; * Plan cultural actions and workshops focused on broadening the cultural universe, involving families and the community; * Monitor, observe, record, guide, and evaluate the developmental process within non-formal education for children and adolescents; * Accompany children and youth on short-duration outings and trips. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Higher education degree in **Pedagogy, Arts, History, or related fields**; * Experience working with children and adolescents aged **6 to 15 years**, with emphasis on **community or social pedagogy**; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Knowledge of systematic planning and monitoring of socioeducational activities. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (40 hours per week) **Availability:** For occasional weekend activities; **Benefits:** * Amil Saúde S60 Health Insurance after probation period; * Porto Seguro Dental Insurance after probation period; * Discounts on medications at pharmacies upon presentation of health or dental insurance card; * Life insurance and coverage (death, disability, funeral assistance, others); * Meal Allowance R$215.00 per month, provided via card; * On-site meals; * Extended maternity leave (6 months) and extended paternity leave (30 days); * Childcare Assistance (for children up to 4 years old enrolled in private daycare); * Newborn Bonus; * Discounts of 10% to 40% with educational institutions; * Study Grant (after 1 year of employment) covering up to 60% of postgraduate or medium-term courses; * Transportation Voucher (optional, with deductions according to current legislation); * 15% discount on products from Liga Solidária’s Bazaar. **Liga Solidária** Liga Solidária is a century-old social organization impacting thousands of people in the city of São Paulo.
