Job Summary: We are seeking a Graphic Designer passionate about transforming ideas into impactful visuals, contributing to digital and print campaigns with autonomy and consistency. Main Responsibilities: - Focus on autonomy, visual consistency, and higher delivery complexity. - Create layouts for digital campaigns (social media posts, paid media, email marketing, and videos). - Layout design for rich materials such as e-books, infographics, presentations, and sales decks. - Adapt visual identity across different formats and channels. - Ensure correct branding application across all deliverables. - Collaborate with content and marketing teams on visually and functionally focused assets. - Prepare final files for print and digital production. Soft Skills: - Communicative profile with strong internal relationship-building ability. - Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. - Eagerness to learn and grow. - Hands-on profile with solid technical foundation. - Systemic perspective. Requirements: Experience as a Graphic Designer. Portfolio featuring digital pieces and, if possible, printed materials. Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Strong knowledge of layout design, typography, and image editing. Experience with Figma. Video editing (Premiere, CapCut or similar tools). Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Desirable: Experience in marketing agencies and/or industry. Skills in print graphic materials. Knowledge of RD Station and/or landing pages. Basic understanding of UX/UI (not focused on website development). Familiarity with AI tools. Benefits: Transportation allowance (no payroll deduction).
