




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing demands from inception to completion while ensuring quality. Key Highlights: 1. We seek a professional who will be the primary point of contact with clients, overseeing demand intake and delivery while safeguarding quality and alignment. Key Responsibilities: \- Understand the client and their market; \- Develop and analyze briefings; \- Conduct benchmarking, prepare comparative analyses, and propose insights; \- Identify opportunities within client accounts; \- Propose solutions to meet client needs; \- Manage projects end-to-end—from task delegation to internal teams through final delivery to the client; \- Organize information, deadlines, and workflow; \- Lead meetings (in-person and online) and presentations with clients; \- Ensure delivery of contracted scope of work; \- Participate in planning actions and campaigns; \- Quotation and negotiation with influencers and general suppliers. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Social Communication, or Marketing; Experience in client service at an advertising agency; Experience in digital projects and social media; Logical reasoning skills for understanding and presenting reports; Ability to overcome objections.
