Job Summary: Responsible for greeting customers, providing information, managing the flow of customers entering and exiting, and offering support while maintaining the restaurant's ambiance. Maintaining a welcoming environment * Greet customers courteously, using the most appropriate language (English or Portuguese) based on the customer's profile. * Provide clear information about the menu, operating hours, and services, respecting cultural differences. * Monitor customer entry and exit flow, maintaining constant communication with the dining room and kitchen teams. * Serve as a support point for inquiries, complaints, or translation needs, demonstrating empathy and professionalism. * Maintain the restaurant environment clean and consistent with brand standards. * Assist in order processing.
