Job Summary: This role involves supporting the implementation of platforms, guiding suppliers and clients, conducting training, creating support materials, and providing first-level technical support. Culture that values knowledge and professional development. **Job Description:** * Support the implementation of three platforms (Cotagri, Certify 2b, and SGF); * Guide client suppliers, assisting with questions, system access, and understanding; * Assist suppliers and clients in responding to quotations and performing operations within the platforms; * Conduct webinars, training sessions, and onboarding sessions; * Create and update support materials (tutorials, manuals, user guides, videos); * Provide first-level support (access, navigation, process workflows); * Monitor implementation schedules and ensure completion of each phase; * Record feedback and technical observations for the Product and Technology teams; * Maintain clear, courteous, and efficient communication with all stakeholders. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Project Management, Systems, Economics, Management, or related fields; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to teach, guide, and interact effectively with diverse user profiles; * Interest in technology, systems, and digital tools; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity; * Willingness to learn about procurement processes and supplier management. **Benefits:** * YEB Steps to Success (Career Development Program). * Collaborative and dynamic work environment. * iFood Benefits (Meal/food allowance). * Health and dental insurance. * Gympass. **About Us:** YEB delivers projects in commercial and procurement areas, aiming to add value to our clients and their employees.
