Preparation of files for print and digital production **Job Description:** We are looking for a creative and dedicated Junior Art Assistant to support the marketing team in creating visual materials for online and offline campaigns. This professional will be responsible for developing Key Visual (KV) assets and adapting them for various formats and platforms, ensuring visual brand identity consistency. Additionally, they must prepare files for print and digital production, ensuring correct finalization of materials. **Responsibilities:** * Develop graphic assets from the Key Visual for promotional campaigns. * Create layouts for online media (website banners, WhatsApp statuses, CRM creatives, etc.) and offline media (point-of-sale materials, flyers, etc.). * Support the creation of institutional and promotional materials, adhering to established deadlines and standards. * Prepare files for printing and digital production, ensuring correct and appropriate finalization. * Properly organize image libraries and project files. * Perform minor video editing for simple content when necessary. **Requirements:** * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva. * Knowledge of file preparation for print and digital production. * Ability to manage deadlines across simultaneous projects. * Attention to detail and commitment to work quality. * Ability to follow brand visual guidelines and adapt them across different formats. * Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation. **Job Details:** * Location: Tatuapé Metro Station – SP * Schedule: Mon–Thu 8:30 AM–6:30 PM; Fri 8:30 AM–5:30 PM * Work Mode: On-site * Employment Type: CLT * Salary (expected) **Benefits:** * On-site meal allowance * Medical and dental insurance | Amil (health plan with company financial support (R$ 100.00), plus employee contribution according to plan table) * Transportation voucher * SESC membership * Up to 19% discount on store products * University partnership program * Total Pass + Clude Saúde * Birthday Day Off + Birthday gift Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree Desired Education: * Marketing, Bachelor’s degree * Graphic Design, Bachelor’s degree
