




Job Summary: The Art Director is responsible for developing graphic design projects, layouts, and visual identities, overseeing production to ensure alignment with the proposal. The Art Director will be responsible for developing graphic design projects, layouts, and visual identities based on briefings jointly prepared with the planning team. They will also supervise final artwork production and evaluate whether the outcome matches the specified proposal. Responsibilities: \- Generate clear ideas and concepts together with the copywriter; \- Produce sketches, storyboards, and drafts to visualize ideas; \- Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience; \- Collaborate with other members of the creative team across various media types; \- Lead work from concept to final execution within deadlines; \- Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide instructions; \- Present completed ideas to clients/team members; \- Stay updated on all industry trends and maintain best practices. Desired Qualifications: Proven professional experience as an Art Director; Practical experience in logo design, typography, color treatment, web layouts, print production, image selection, and packaging design; Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wireframing tools; Demonstrated graphic design skills with a strong portfolio; Ability to incorporate feedback and both receive and provide guidance; Team spirit and excellent communication and presentation skills; Relevant education or training.
