Emphasis on visual quality, consistency, and attention to detail. **Art Assistant – Visual Creation and Content** **Job Summary:** We are looking for an Art Assistant to support creative development and adapt visual assets across multiple formats, contributing to integrated campaigns and visual projects. The role involves close collaboration with the creative team, emphasizing execution, organization, attention to detail, and openness to exploring new technologies—such as generative AI tools in the creative process. At FSB Holding, your excellence builds our reputation—and vice\-versa. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Assist in creating and adapting campaign assets (digital, social, OOH, and print) * Ensure craftsmanship and finalization of materials, guaranteeing visual quality and consistency * Use generative AI tools to create mockups and explore references * Support the visual assembly of campaign presentations and decks * Organize files and digital assets, ensuring standardization and technical suitability for various formats **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or related fields (completed or in progress) * Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator * Interest in art, photography, fashion, gaming, and emerging media * Proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and grow technically * Ability to read English for using tools and interpreting briefs * Attention to detail, organizational skills, and aesthetic sensibility * Interest in Japanese culture and anime universe **Preferred Qualifications:** * Portfolio (even academic) demonstrating strong visual quality and finish * Basic knowledge of motion design (After Effects) * Familiarity with tools such as Figma and Notion **Location and Work Mode:** São Paulo \- Vila Madalena **Travel Availability:** No **English Proficiency:** Intermediate (preferred) **This position is also open to candidates with disabilities (PCD)** **Fluig ID:**
