A young-spirited company focused on innovation and agility Will be responsible for architectural project development at all stages, development and management of architectural and complementary project schedules, project integration, priority setting, and time management to meet demands, as well as coordination of architectural team activities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Responsible for architectural project development at all stages (test fit, legal project, preliminary design, and executive design); * Study and interpretation of the client's brand and key architectural characteristics required to formulate the architectural concept; * Responsible for conducting technical site visits for metric survey and critical analysis of the property’s legal, constructional, and general infrastructure features; * Responsible for Concept Design in response to the briefing (reference research, brand application, material research, furniture, finishes, lighting, etc.); * Application of regulations according to project location and typology; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urban Planning; * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Photoshop; **WHO WE ARE.
