About the role: The candidate will support routine performance monitoring, financial analysis, and internal controls, directly contributing to the quality of managerial information and business decision-making. Responsibilities: \- Support the preparation of management reports and performance dashboards; \- Assist in expense, revenue, and financial indicator control and analysis; \- Contribute to the budget planning process (forecast and budget); \- Perform reconciliations and variance analyses (actual vs. budgeted); \- Support result calculation and monthly closing; \- Update databases and ensure data integrity; \- Support process improvement and internal control enhancement within the department.
Requirements: Currently enrolled in Accounting (from the 3rd semester onward); Solid Excel skills (pivot tables, basic and intermediate formulas); Strong numerical aptitude, organizational ability, and attention to detail; Availability to intern 30 hours per week; Good communication skills and eagerness to learn.
Desirable: Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools; Basic knowledge of managerial accounting or cost analysis.
