Superação Aceleradora is seeking a creative, organized, and audiovisual-passionate intern to join our marketing team! If you enjoy video editing, content creation, and wish to develop your skills in a dynamic and innovative environment, this opportunity is for you. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in the production and editing of videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and institutional materials, contributing to strategic, creative, and brand-identity-aligned visual communication across group companies. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Edit videos for social media, advertisements, and promotional campaigns; * Create dynamic cuts, audio adjustments, subtitles, and simple graphic element insertion; * Organize media files and keep materials ready for team use; * Support scriptwriting and visual concept development for campaigns; * Review content prior to delivery, ensuring quality and brand alignment. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, or similar tools; * Creativity and aesthetic sense; * Interest in digital marketing and social media; * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. COMPENSATION AND WORK MODEL: * Internship stipend of R$ 900.00 plus performance-based bonus; * MEI (Individual Microentrepreneur) arrangement; * Remote work; * Weekly workload of 30 hours; * Working hours to be coordinated directly between the candidate and the director.
