Opportunity to start as a UX Writer Trainee, working on creating content for chatbots, artificial intelligence, and digital customer service flows. You will learn hands-on, with team support, how to participate in writing simple texts for chatbots and interfaces. You will assist in creating prompts for generative AI, support the design of customer service and conversation flows in Figma, and learn how to maintain the brand's voice across all text messages and user testing. You should enjoy writing and communicating clearly. You must be interested in AI technology, user experience, and digital customer service. You should be eager to learn tools such as Figma and have foundational knowledge of UX. You must be organized, curious, and able to collaborate effectively in a team. Having completed courses and/or personal projects in UX or AI writing will be considered advantageous. Familiarity with Figma, Notion, or Miro is also beneficial. Interest in chatbots, apps, or virtual assistants is desirable.
