You will serve as a technical reference and facilitator across product, engineering, and operations, driving excellence and innovation. You will cultivate high-performing teams focused on continuous delivery and quality. **What you’ll do:** * Lead technical architecture and design decisions for critical products. * Guide development teams on engineering practices, quality, and continuous delivery. * Mentor engineers, promoting technical growth and best practices. * Coordinate deliveries with product, QA, and operations stakeholders. * Ensure observability, security, and performance of production applications. * Promote test automation, CI/CD, and continuous process improvement. * Contribute to the technical roadmap and platform evolution. **What you need to have:** * Proficiency in modern software architecture (microservices, REST/GraphQL APIs, and integration patterns). * Practical experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps tools (CI/CD, containers, orchestration). * Strong knowledge of quality engineering: automated testing, observability, and monitoring. * Proven ability in technical leadership and communication with cross-functional teams. * Solid expertise in application security and data protection (security principles applied to development). **What would be great to have (Desirable):** * Familiarity with payment products or fintech ecosystems. * Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and data scalability strategies. * Cloud or architecture certifications (e.g., AWS/Azure/GCP certifications). * Experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices. * Technical English fluency for communication with global teams and documentation. **Our Culture:** Our aspiration is to move money and information in a way that moves the world.
