#### **About the position:** Work on the development and execution of construction projects for Grupo Vanguarda, ensuring compliance with the approved design. #### **Main responsibilities:** Conduct topographic and planialtimetric surveys; Develop and legalize building projects under the supervision of a civil engineer; Plan construction execution, estimate costs, and arrange supplies for construction works and services; Train labor personnel; Perform technological control of materials and soil; Interpret technical drawings and specifications; Conduct site visits for data collection; Perform measurements; Ensure site organization, safety, and cleanliness. #### **Mandatory requirements:** **Education:** Completed high school; Technical course in building construction; Active CREA registration. **Experience:** Minimum six months of relevant experience; **Computer skills:** Intermediate-level Microsoft Office suite; **Training:** Courses related to the field. #### **Benefits:** * Competitive salary * Birthday day off * Life insurance * Benefit card and partnership programs #### **Working hours and schedule:** * 44 hours per week
