Job Summary: Our Site Reliability Engineering team seeks a professional to ensure the health and resilience of the product's infrastructure and support the creation of new infrastructures. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for service availability and performance efficiency. 2. Support the development of metrics, indicators, and dashboards for monitoring. 3. Ensure the health and resilience of the product's infrastructure. ### **Our Site Reliability Engineering Team** Our team is responsible for the availability of its verticals, including performance, performance efficiency, financial efficiency, change execution, service capacity planning, and technical participation in EC2-to-Kubernetes migration initiatives, as well as automation of routine tasks. ### **Your Responsibilities as a CSixer** * Ensure the health and resilience of the infrastructure you are assigned to; * Support the development of metrics, indicators, and dashboards for environment monitoring; * Identify FinOps opportunities; * Support team requests for building new infrastructure, scaling existing infrastructure, always with an eye toward new products, emerging technologies, or improvements to existing products; * Collaborate with DBRE to ensure database health; * Ensure application security by addressing environment vulnerabilities; * Ability to handle pressure during incident troubleshooting is essential. ### **Requirements and Experience** * Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and automation tools (e.g., Rundeck), Python, and Ansible; * Solid knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, Shell, and PowerShell; * Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems; * Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Zabbix, Prometheus); * Knowledge of databases: Oracle, PostgreSQL, Redis, and MongoDB. ### **Our Benefits** * Meal Allowance; * Food Allowance; * Health and Dental Insurance; * Childcare Assistance; * Life Insurance; * Wellhub; * Viva Psychology; * C6 Carbon Card; * Carbon Spa; * Nursing Room; * Bicycle Parking; * Changing Room; * Common Area; * Citizen Company Program — Extension of maternity and paternity leave periods. **C6 BANK** ----------- ### **FOR AN EXTRAORDINARY LIFE** We serve individuals, micro-entrepreneurs (MEIs), and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across all Brazilian states.
