Brigadeiro Faria Lima, 4100 \- Itaim Bibi, São Paulo\-SP **Work Mode:** On-site **Responsibilities and Duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:** * Proactively conduct internal audits covering areas such as Governance, Finance, Legal, Reputational, Operational, and Technology; * Master internal audit techniques and stay aligned with international auditing standards; * Actively participate in developing and validating the Annual Internal Audit Plan, providing critical insights; * Conduct all stages of an audit, including: Kick-off, test plan definition, effectiveness testing execution, follow-up meetings (Catch-up), closing presentations (No-Surprise and Close-out), action plan discussions, and issuance of detailed reports; * Monitor implementation of action plans recommended during audits, ensuring effective execution. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** Mandatory: * Advanced Excel proficiency for data manipulation and analysis; * Knowledge of key Microsoft Suite tools (Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Desirable: * Intermediate Power BI skills for dashboard and visual report creation; * Experience with ACL (Data Analytics) for extraction and analysis of large data volumes; * Familiarity with ERP/SAP systems, including understanding of their systemic workflows and integrations; * Experience extracting databases using SQL; * CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) certification. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STAGES:** Our process includes three main stages (additional ones may apply, and you will be informed if you advance): * Application \- completion of this form and any additional required information. * HR Interview \- an informal conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical discussion to further explore daily responsibilities and challenges.
