For this position, we seek a person **responsible for assisting with administrative support tasks across the company's departments.** **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:** * Provide in-person or telephone public service. * Handle various documents, complying with all necessary procedures related to them. * Assist in the preservation, indexing, and cataloging of documents. * Serve employees and suppliers. * Complete forms or electronic spreadsheets with data received from various departments. * Classify materials or documents according to established standards. * Conduct research activities or prepare activity reports as required by the department. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Age between 18 and 22 years; * Completed high school education. **WHO WE ARE** We are one of Brazil’s largest personal care and beauty companies, with brands that combine quality and accessibility—such as Farmax, Sunless, Sanavita, and Negra Rosa.
