Job Summary: Process Analyst responsible for documentation development, performance indicator monitoring, continuous improvement, and operational training, integrating with the production team. Monitoring of development and validation of new processes/tools. A consulting, recruitment, and selection company is seeking a Process Analyst in Vinhedo. The Actual Group is a company specialized in human resources solutions, offering services such as recruitment, selection, and workforce outsourcing. **Responsibilities:** Develop process documentation for operations. Monitor and update the area's production indicators, making them available to the team. Collaborate with the CEP (Statistical Process Control) production team. Promote continuous improvement. Guide employees on machine operation regarding required tasks. Conduct operational training for implementation of new processes and standards. Monitor and ensure, together with the development engineering team, execution and validation of new processes/tools. Report progress of development activities as part of the APQP team. Previous experience as Process Specialist, Process Consultant, Process Coordinator, or Process Manager may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
