An environment that values work and development We are seeking an **Operations Analyst II** to focus on **operational intelligence**, supporting coordination and ensuring process efficiency. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Preparation and updating of the Status Day * Store incident reports * Productivity reports * Updating routes in UMOV.ME * Validation of shared files * Registration on platforms (Social Networks and UMOV.ME) * Creation and distribution of logins (UMOV.ME and Asseponto) * Organization of books and general reports * Updating groups and contacts * Pre\-execution verification * Control of MPDV activation * Auditing and control * Direct support to coordination ### **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills ### **Job Information** * **Employment type:** CLT – Permanent * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1 hour 15 minutes lunch break) * **Salary:** R$ 2\.759,00 ### **Benefits** * Meal voucher: R$ 34.00/day * Food allowance: R$ 163.00/month * Transportation voucher * Occupational accident insurance * Medical insurance * SESC membership * University partnerships * Life insurance * Total Pass **Work location:** North Zone – SP, near the **Parada Inglesa** subway station.
