Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, HR Management, or related fields. * Prior HR experience (internship or junior-level position). * Experience in Recruitment and Selection. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail.
