As the market leader in advanced currency management, would you like to join us in shaping the future of payments?** **Job Mission**: Support end users of ERP systems by providing first-level assistance through the helpdesk tool. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in data entry and maintenance within the system; * Support users with daily questions and issues; * Assist in ERP module configuration; * Test new features and improvements; * Gather data and generate reports for business areas; * Document internal processes related to ERP modules **Prerequisites:** * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in IT-related fields, between 5th and 6th semester; * Intermediate English proficiency preferred; ERP knowledge and programming language familiarity desirable; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Availability to work 100% ON-SITE, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. ### ### **A look behind the scenes** ### **JOB OFFER****Job Details** --------------- **Job Title** IT Intern **Business Sector** Giesecke\+Devrient Currency Technology Brazil Ltd.
