If you have experience in **People Management and Merchandising**, and enjoy acting as a bridge between customers and the business, we would love to meet you! **Key Activities and Responsibilities:** * Manage the promoter team at points of sale, including customer service and product demonstrations in the Pharma channel, as well as possess knowledge of this channel. * Study and identify optimal product placement and exposure; organize merchandising materials—including their removal and distribution—and analyze results to develop strategies aimed at achieving set targets. * Assume a leadership role within the team; therefore, it is essential that the professional in this position demonstrates strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with the team, manage and develop people. Self-management and people management capabilities are critical. * Strategic vision and a problem-solving focus. * Be objective and organized when handling the large volume of tasks associated with this role. In general, the Execution Manager’s key activities can be grouped into four main areas: * Develop a monthly visit schedule and monitor daily team locations, routes being followed, customers visited, and adherence to the planned route; periodically review schedules with productivity in mind. * Monitor the volume of check\-ins (promoter’s store entry registration) to ensure alignment with the Field Plan and verify whether any actions violate Unilever’s Code of Principles. * Daily monitoring of in-store execution to identify opportunities, manage and correct deviations identified in surveys, and guide and train the team. Translate category strategies into in-store shelf execution. * Compile data and spreadsheets to generate specific information required for performance analysis (Intermediate Excel). Analyze results from in-store execution programs and proactively address identified opportunities. Maintain strong field presence alongside the team, focusing on improving in-store execution and implementing Unilever’s in-store strategy. **Does this sound like you?** * Currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor’s degree; * Proficiency in Excel; * Valid and permanent Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); * Strong communication skills and agility.
