Join this team! **Responsibilities and duties** * Monitor daily site activities using management and activity-tracking software; * Monitor material quantities and consumption for on-site activities; * Prepare production tracking reports for on-site activities to support payroll closing for employees; * Monitor on-site execution of activities in accordance with project specifications and quality management system requirements, and record acceptance of completed works; * Support quantity surveying for contracts, service packages, and material requisitions; * Support collection of proposals and documentation for third-party contract preparation; * Monitor executed activities and assist in compiling planning and production data; * Gather and compile field information to support the Engineer’s decision-making process regarding material selection based on technical specifications; * Guide and direct operational teams in performing activities; * Monitor and support the Foreman in material supply for site activities; * Perform other duties related to this position, as required by the department and directed by management. **Requirements and qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (from the 4th semester onward) in Civil Engineering or Production Engineering; * Intermediate-level Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; * Intermediate-level AutoCAD; * Basic-level Revit; * Basic-level MS Project; * Familiarity with Power BI; * Basic knowledge of budget management, planning, and control; * Basic knowledge of quality management. **Additional information** Working hours: 44 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
