Description

Supervise the execution of maintenance and preservation services for the Unit's electrical installations; perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical installations, either upon request or as part of scheduled planning. Conduct monitoring and operational switching of the generator. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform tasks according to service order requests; * Carry out preventive and corrective electrical maintenance, complying with current safety regulations to ensure machines, electrical equipment, motors, panels, power distribution networks, data and telecommunications networks, appliances, and installations remain fully operational; * Specify materials, tools, and equipment required to perform tasks; * Plan task execution in accordance with site-specific safety regulations; * Install, replace, or remove lighting fixtures, lamps, outlets, ballasts, electrical distribution boards, control panels, pumps, motor-pumps, and related equipment; * Operate and perform basic maintenance on primary switchgear, generators, and power supply circuits; * Maintain, organize, and preserve work equipment and tools; * Conduct routine tests on equipment (e.g., generators, battery systems, etc.), report non-conformities and deviations from normal operating parameters, and promptly implement necessary corrections or engage specialized contracted service providers as required; * Diagnose faults by interpreting schematics, drawings, catalogs, and technical analysis and evaluation; disassemble, repair, reassemble, test, install, and replace components while ensuring proper care of equipment under one's responsibility; * Install and route electrical, telephone, data communication cables, and junction/transition boxes; * Install electrical and metallic protection systems and conduct related tests; * Supervise services performed by contracted specialized companies, provide requested technical information, and certify service quality upon full completion; * Conduct preventive patrols to monitor the operation of machinery room equipment and electrical-electronic devices, measuring and verifying pressure gauges, valves, pumps, installations, panels, generators, devices, circuits, and all other components involving electricity, requesting specialized maintenance when necessary; * Perform high-altitude work, complying with safety regulations during conservation, restoration, repairs, and renovations of building installations, among others; * Know, maintain, and operate grounding systems, power supply and distribution components, instruments for measuring electrical quantities in UPS systems and generators, rack assembly for structured cabling, networks and data, substation equipment, switchgear, panels, and related items; * Perform general maintenance activities within the area, correctly using personal protective equipment mandated by current legislation and adhering to safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards; * Use tools, collective protective equipment (CPE), and personal protective equipment (PPE) per Occupational Safety guidance, and follow SCIH and technical team instructions regarding methodologies and activities within the hospital unit; * Comply with all principles and conduct criteria outlined in the SPDM Administrative Compliance Manual — Policies and Principles of Integrity; * Fulfill institutional responsibilities concerning personal data protection practices as stipulated under the General Data Protection Law (LGPD); * Perform departmental/sectoral activities in accordance with immediate manager directives and institutional standardizations. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Consider Mandatory:** * Completed High School education.
