It is an excellent opportunity for those seeking hands-on learning, mentorship, and real room for growth. * Study specifications, sketches, and technical standards to prepare and detail drawings. * Prepare, modify, and detail drawings, sketches, and material lists using CAD software. * Perform basic calculations when necessary. * Develop small-scale projects under the guidance of engineers or clients. * Consult technical files and catalogs to support projects. * Follow technical standards, internal procedures, safety protocols, and PPE usage. * Organize the workplace and monitor deadlines, reporting to supervisors. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience or internship as a Draftsman, Designer, or similar role. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. * Computer literacy: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet. * Organization, self-management, adaptability, and continuous learning mindset. * Teamwork skills and strong communication abilities. * Availability for 100% in-person work. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in industrial or engineering environments. * Familiarity with technical standards applicable to design projects. * Experience handling Bills of Materials (BOM) and drawing revision control.
