You will work side-by-side with experienced professionals and receive continuous support to develop new skills! **As a Customer Service Apprentice, your responsibilities will include:** * Attending customers attentively, courteously, and with focus on delivering the best possible experience; * Learning the customer service department's processes, accompanying cases from initial contact through to final resolution; * Assisting with administrative tasks such as file organization, scheduling, and information recording; * Participating in training sessions, formation meetings, and learning program workshops.
