Leadership: Experience in team management and talent development. Tools: Familiarity with SAP (CO module), Tableau, and SAC Planning. Strategic Profile: Results-oriented, innovative, and committed to continuous improvement. * Manage and analyze the annual budgeting process and monthly trends (Forecast), covering Income Statement (DRE), cash flow, balance sheet, and Economic Value Added (EVA), including Revenue, Opex, and Capex. * Assess the economic viability of projects using financial indicators such as IRR, Payback, and NPV. * Supervise cash flow and capital structure, ensuring the business’s financial health and sustainability. * Consolidate, monitor, and analyze financial KPIs to support strategic decisions by senior management. * Lead, develop, and guide the Controlling team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. * Manage and enhance the use of Tableau and SAC Planning, ensuring accuracy in comparative analyses between actual vs. budgeted Income Statements (DRE) and other financial indicators. * Coordinate the implementation of long-term planning (5-year) modeling in SAC Planning, including balance sheet, Income Statement (DRE), and direct and indirect cash flow. * Manage costs, margins, and operating expenses, ensuring efficient use of the company’s financial resources. 2512110202491444993
