It currently operates six (6) locations across the states where it operates and serves multiple sectors, including agrochemicals, fertilizers, agriculture, logistics, machinery, and trading. **Responsibilities and Duties**
* Lead and guide field teams, promoting productivity and safety.
* Monitor service execution in accordance with project plans and technical specifications.
* Control the use of materials, equipment, and labor.
* Monitor team productivity and propose improvements to construction processes.
* Define priorities and assign tasks among execution teams.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Preferred: completion of elementary education;
* Proven experience in construction coordination and management.
* Availability to work on construction sites and accompany field teams.
* Knowledge of construction planning and control (physical-financial schedule).
