Job Description: Collections Assistant Responsibilities: Provide customer service via WhatsApp and telephone. Issue duplicate payment slips. Assist in the collections workflow. Complete spreadsheets and maintain updated records. Requirements: Completed high school education (mandatory) Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and other computer programs. Strong communication skills, friendliness, empathy, and ability to interact with customers. Job Details: Employment type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract.
