We have the perfect opportunity for you! **Responsibilities:** * Development and design; * Development and monitoring of the R.I. process (QNBR/Draft CV/Descriptive Memo and Deed); * Hiring of the financial agent; * Development and updating of the project’s and financial agent’s cash flow; * Preparation of quantity take-offs and construction budgets with ABC curve; * Creation of bidding packages and reconciliation of construction proposals; * Monitoring approval of the Legal Project at the City Hall and all legal formalities required to commence construction; * Execution of the development across all existing phases; * Comprehensive monitoring of all processes related to real estate development; * Monitoring of the Habite\-se process with relevant authorities and utility concessionaires. **Requirements:** * Degree in Engineering; * Experience in economical vertical residential construction; * Experience in construction projects starting from foundation; * Hands-on experience in at least two or three construction projects; * Experience with legal approvals, land subdivisions, bidding, tendering, total cost control, process management, and development planning; * Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project.
