*We are looking for a talented individual to join the Clinical Support team of our unit.* ***Rio de Janeiro/RJ Unit****.* ***Responsibilities:*** * *Monitor and organize patients' appointment schedules.* * *Prepare, maintain, and update physical and digital medical records.* * *Accompany the patient throughout their entire treatment and procedure journey.* * *Schedule ultrasounds and other procedures.* * *Support the medical team in examination rooms, when necessary.* * *Provide in-person and remote patient care and guidance.* * *Support other departmental tasks, collaborating with the team and contributing to continuous process improvement.* Requirements: * *Currently enrolled in a Biomedical Sciences undergraduate program, preferably in the 4th or 5th semester.* * *Reside nearby.* * *Availability to work on-site from Monday to Friday, 12:30 PM to 5:30 PM, and on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM\.* ***Advantages:*** * *Prior experience providing care in a clinical setting.* * *Knowledge of assisted reproduction.* ***Skills and Attitudes:*** * *Strong oral and written communication skills.* * *Proactivity, organization, and attention to detail.* * *Ethics and responsibility.* * *Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.* * *Welcoming and empathetic attitude in patient care.*
