Job Summary: This professional will evaluate the conformity of products/processes, supporting root cause analysis and audits to ensure quality. Key Highlights: 1. Participating in/leading root cause investigations **Summary:** Evaluate the conformity of product/process characteristics against applicable requirements, specifications, standards, and procedures, supporting root cause analyses and implementing appropriate corrective actions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support cross-functional teams on production lines; * Conduct product and process audits according to the established schedule; * Participate in/lead meetings for root cause investigation; * Perform dimensional analysis to determine root cause; * Participate in developing quality procedures/instructions; * Monitor internal PPM metrics; * Track the action plan established for each nonconformance; * Release production processes. **Requirements for the Role:** * Completed high school education; * Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is preferred; * Basic knowledge of metrology; * Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings; * Knowledge of 8D / MASP methodologies; * Familiarity with automotive standards and internal quality procedures is preferred; * Availability to work all three shifts.
