Proactive, analytical professional with decision-making ability **Job Description** We are seeking a Finance Assistant to strategically support the finance function, ensuring the company's economic health, process efficiency, and reliability of managerial information. We seek a proactive, analytical professional with strong decision-making capabilities. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Conduct financial analyses, develop managerial reports, and monitor KPIs. * Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow statements. * Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. * Perform financial forecasting and support budget and forecast preparation. * Participate in internal and external audits. * Monitor financial indicators and propose process improvements. * Support executive leadership in decision-making with complete and reliable financial data. * Analyze financial contracts, costs, and expenses. * Liaise with banks, suppliers, and other internal departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Solid experience in finance, especially in senior-level positions. * Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial analysis tools. * Knowledge of reconciliations, cash flow management, income statements (DRE), and comprehensive finance routines. * ERP knowledge preferred (please specify: SAP, Totvs, Omie, Conta Azul, etc.). * Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, and strategic mindset. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with process automation and improvement initiatives.
