Job Description: Collections Assistant Responsibilities: Provide customer service via WhatsApp and telephone. Issue duplicate payment slips (boletos). Assist in the collections process. Fill out spreadsheets and maintain updated records. Requirements: Completed high school education (mandatory) Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and other computer programs. Strong communication skills, friendliness, empathy, and ability to interact effectively with customers. Job Details: Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts. Salary: BRL 2,250.00 per month. Benefits: Medical and dental insurance. Meal allowance and food voucher. (BRL 31.30 per day) Transportation voucher.
