Job Summary: Professional responsible for customer service and negotiation of products and services, credit portfolio management, and support to cooperative members, aiming at satisfaction and operational efficiency. Document analysis and operational quality **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Provide customer service and negotiate products and services through internal service and occasional external visits, via credit portfolio rotation and cooperative member support, aiming to increase branch profitability * Maintain updated internal customer records by collecting current cooperative member data, ensuring information remains up-to-date for credit analysis and product/service offerings * Provide support and respond to requests and demands from internal and external customers according to their needs, delivering efficient assistance to enhance cooperative member satisfaction, as well as supporting and executing cash and treasury activities * Assist in credit proposals by conducting preliminary cooperative member interviews to understand their needs * Verify registrations, sort, analyze, and file documents—including necessary fragmentation * Analyze documents for discounting, respecting deadlines, rates, and values per document/concentrations established for each cooperative member, consistently ensuring operational quality of daily processes **Requirements:*** Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Experience in customer service; * Must reside in Hortolândia/SP. **Benefits:** Anniversary Bonus, Childcare/Babysitter Allowance, Day-Off, Workplace Gymnastics, Performance Incentive Plan, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Salary, Life Insurance, Sicoob University, Meal Voucher, Food Voucher, Transportation Voucher, Wellhub, Zenklub
