Job Title: Collections Assistant Responsibilities: Handle customer interactions via WhatsApp and telephone. Issue duplicate payment slips. Assist in the collections workflow. Complete spreadsheets and maintain updated records. Requirements: Completed high school education (mandatory) Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and other computer programs. Strong communication skills, friendliness, empathy, and ability to interact effectively with the public. Job Details: Employment type: Full-time, permanent CLT contract. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts. Salary: BRL 2,250.00 per month. Benefits: Medical and dental insurance. Meal allowance and food allowance.
