The Buainain Laboratory has experienced significant growth in recent years, and we are seeking individuals who are willing to learn, collaborate, and explore new paths with us. **Responsibilities and Duties** **RECEPTION:** * Register laboratory tests; * Provide telephone customer service; * Guide patients on procedures required for tests; * Process authorizations with health insurance providers; * Print and deliver test results; * Prioritize high-quality customer service; * Perform other related tasks as requested by supervisors. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Age 18 to 22; * Enrolled in a technical or undergraduate program in Administration, Logistics, Human Resources, or related fields; * Availability to work Monday through Saturday, during morning and afternoon shifts. **Additional Information** * Weekly workload of 30 hours; * Salary of R$ 1\.142,34; * Gympass; * Transportation Allowance.
