We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and organized individual to join our team and provide high-quality support for growth. Your mission To serve as support, control, and organizational backbone for Mavia Contabilidade’s accounting routines, ensuring accuracy in entries, adherence to deadlines, and clarity in reports What you will do? * Collaborate with the team to ensure data integrity and compliance with tax and accounting deadlines; * Organize and send documents to clients; * Issue invoices and perform periodic bank reconciliations; * Manage contracts, receipts, proof-of-payment documents, and other related documents; * Monitor expenses and assist in preparing financial reports; * Maintain updated records aligned with current legislation; * Perform administrative tasks with attention to detail and deadlines. * Issue digital certificates * Submit processes and monitor their progress What do you need? * Undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences (in progress); * Prior experience in accounting and administrative routines; * Proficiency in Excel and Word, and familiarity with websites such as Receita Federal, Municipalities, and Junta Comercial; * Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and discretion; * Aptitude for technology; * Good communication skills and responsibility in handling documents and deadlines; * Alignment with Mavia’s culture: ethics, precision, commitment, and focus on excellence; * Basic knowledge of the Alterdata system is a plus. Practical experience and familiarity with accounting office routines; Prior work experience in an administrative role; Basic knowledge of the Alterdata system is a plus.
