Job Summary: The Apprentice Youth will assist with administrative activities, providing support to various company departments and developing professional skills. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in training and capacity-building programs **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 1:00 PM \- 5:00 PM **Level:** Apprentice **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT The Apprentice Youth will be responsible for assisting with the company’s administrative activities, providing support to various departments such as Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Service. Key responsibilities include: * Organizing documents and files; * Assisting with spreadsheet and report control; * Answering telephone calls and routing calls; * Supporting the preparation of internal meetings and events; * Receiving and directing visitors; * Collaborating in executing daily tasks within the assigned department; * Participating in company-provided training and capacity-building programs; * Assisting with internal and external company communications; * Performing other related duties as required and directed by supervisors.
