Through our broad range of activities, we play a fundamental role in the collective organization of society and in shaping citizens’ living environments worldwide. **Job Description** **Position Objective** To conduct road traffic operation and supervision, ensuring user safety, traffic fluidity, and appropriate response to highway incidents. **Main Responsibilities** * Operate operational vehicles to meet demands from service units (UBAs); * Deploy emergency signage at incidents compromising road safety; * Transport and deploy materials required for traffic signage and control; * Support routine highway inspections, identifying irregularities and risks; * Assist highway users; * Respond to incidents within the highway’s right-of-way; * Assist in organizing vehicle flow, including diversion operations and “stop-and-go” systems; * Support operational actions to ensure traffic safety and fluidity. **Qualifications** **Requirements** **Academic Qualification:** * Completed high school education; **Experience:** * Minimum experience in operational roles (experience on highways or incident response is preferred); **Technical Knowledge:** * Basic knowledge of traffic operations and road safety; * Highway signage; * Operation of operational vehicles; **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization and accountability; * Teamwork; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Proactivity and initiative; * Decision-making ability; * Flexibility and adaptability; * Results-oriented mindset and customer-focused service; * Ability to act effectively in emergency situations. **Additional Information** **Benefits That Value You** At Egis, we believe great work begins with a great environment.
