




Location: Rio Claro Region – SP Work Mode: 100% In-person Education Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, with a focus on Tooling. About the Position We are seeking a Maintenance Planner specializing in Tooling to work collaboratively with production departments, ensuring the availability, performance, and maintenance of production tools, with a strong emphasis on planning, technical control, and supplier relationship management. Key Responsibilities Plan tooling-related activities; Monitor and support machining and manufacturing processes for tooling components; Perform control and scheduling of production tool maintenance, including: Corrective and preventive maintenance; Manage and oversee maintenance of machines such as lathes, milling machines, EDM (electrical discharge machining), and grinders; Lead procurement processes for tooling components, including: Direct contact with suppliers; Requesting and evaluating quotations; Ensure technical and documentation control of tools; Interface with suppliers and internal departments to guarantee deadlines, quality, and cost efficiency. Technical Requirements Knowledge of Technical Drawing; Hands-on experience with machining and tool maintenance processes; Experience in technical procurement, negotiation, and supplier follow-up; Experience in planning and controlling maintenance of production tools.
