We seek a professional with solid expertise in **telecommunications networks**, construction of **internal and external networks**, **reading technical drawings**, **cable laying**, **splicing of metallic and optical cables**, as well as mastery of **ABNT standards**. **Requirements:** * Completed higher education or technical degree; * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B); * Availability for flexible working hours and nationwide travel; * Prior experience in the role, specifically in **managing teams engaged in telecommunications network construction**; * Leadership profile and people management skills, plus experience leading teams. Working hours: Monday to Friday (08:00 to 17:48\) Employment type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws). Work location: SOROCABA **Responsibilities and Duties:** Manage internal construction teams; supervise contracted contractors executing network construction; inform the Operations Coordinator about required materials, tools, and resources for project execution; monitor and supervise construction activities to maintain quality standards and meet client-imposed deadlines; assess the need for project modifications; prepare reports including photographic documentation, as-built records, and progress updates; upon project completion, review test results to ensure compliance with client requirements; inspect the entire constructed network to verify adherence to planning and ensure compliance with client quality standards; ensure all used materials conform to established quality standards; conduct inventory verification of materials owned by PROCISA/Embratel—comparing supplied versus consumed quantities during construction. **Benefits:** Meal or food allowance — R$ 38.99/day (Alelo card) / Medical Assistance / Dental Assistance / Pharmacy Benefit / Life Insurance / Funeral Assistance / Transportation Allowance / Annual Profit-Sharing Program (PLR) If you are seeking an opportunity for professional growth and wish to work for a reputable company committed to excellence in its field, join our team.
